LI-11 pressure point

Located on the outer aspect of the elbow, the Lower Intestine 11 (LI-11) - also known as the "QuiChi" pressure point - when stimulated is believed to draw negative energy away from the head.

A study of traditional Chinese acupressure methods shows that stimulation of this point has been used for thousands of years for the treatment of the symptoms of allergies.

The Hay-Band was developed primarily for the relief of hay fever symptoms but the benefits may be seen with use against other allergies such as dust, animal dander and house dust mites.
